Natla's Mines
Items: 30
Secrets:
Kills: 3
Just when you got used to shooting everything that moves, you get Natla's Mines. If you're like anyone else you will probably feel terribly lost at the beginning of this level. Here's some pointers to send you on your way. Keep in mind that there will be a lot of running back and forth. You'll know the first half of this level like the back of your hand when you're done.
Water in
Your Eyes?
Running around like crazy and found nothing to do and nowhere to go? Maybe you do have water in your eyes. No? Maybe you should. Go check the waterfall.
Unwelcome
Clearly that's the message you get from one of the boarded up buildings. It's got these barricades all around it. Since you're making it a point of going where you're not welcome, you need figure out how to get past. That should come naturally... go over.
100 Meter Hurdles
That's exactly what this part with the three barricades lined up is like. Only you are not racing an opponent, you are racing a boulder. What's the point? There's a small doorway just behind where the boulder will eventually come to a rest. You have to beat it there. Be aware there is a second boulder lurking around. Perhaps you should take a quick look around for it.
Good For Nuthin'
You got the boat unmoored, swam, climbed and ran for what? Some clips for a gun you no longer own? That's not what you're here for. Examine each of the steel crates carefully.
Can You Dig It?
Okay, you've just moved the drilling machine. Pretty cool eh? The block that's blocking the tunnel has more functions than just to be in your way.
Steal The Bacon
Did you ever learn this game when you were a kid? Well, the basic premise is to grab the object and run back to where you came from in a hurry. That's what I'm saying about the second fuse. If you wander around in that cave, all you'll find is trouble, and you're currently without your trouble repellent.
Out of Reach
That's what that switch in the room the cowboy was in is. Take a clue... look down.
Dyn-O-Mite!
Cool, eh? Think hard about this: A room full of dynamite adjacent to a room with a mountain of stone you can't pass. Examine those crates of dynamite carefully.
Blocked!
There are blocks and you are blocked. You've pushed and pull every block you can find and now what? This puzzle is designed to disorient and confuse you, but if you're paying attention to what's going on you should be able to figure out why you're pushing and pulling these blocks everywhere. Your first clue is that the last block only appears to have done nothing. The fact is that the last block was indeed blocking something. Your second clue is that Lara cannot push two blocks at the same time.
Home Stretch
Exiting this level is a simple matter. Here's what you know: You need a key of some sort to get into the pyramid. You're pretty sure you haven't missed the key up to this point. There's still one more gold door (leading into one of the small buildings) that you have yet to open. There are less sloped not-slippery surfaces on the pyramid. The top one only appears to lead nowhere.
